Nutrition Clinic

Whether you want to lose weight, improve a chronic medical condition or your overall health, the Nutrition Clinic can help you meet your goals. We offer education and counseling to patients of all ages.  

A Registered Dietitian (RD) is specially trained to partner with you and your physician to use nutrition as a way to treat and prevent health conditions. We work with patients individually as well as with spouses and families. 

Our Registered Dietitians can help with:

• obesity/weight management for adults and children
• irritable bowel syndrome / FODMAP diet management
• celiac disease 
• high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) 
• high blood pressure (hypertension) 
• general nutrition education for wellness
• prenatal nutrition 
• food allergies 
• eating disorders
• vegetarian and vegan nutrition 
• Tube & IV feeding

Outpatient Nutrition Clinic

You may be referred to the Outpatient Nutrition Clinic by a healthcare provider. Your provider may contact the Outpatient Nutrition Clinic at 603-740-2887 to request the referral form. The signed referral should be faxed to Centralized Scheduling at the fax number 603-740-2398.

Centralized Scheduling will then contact you to arrange for your appointment.

Nutrition services and counseling are often covered by health insurance. Please check with your insurance provider for your plan’s coverage.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

An initial appointment with the Outpatient Nutrition Clinic is typically one hour. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes. 

Our staff is here to help you with your goals, and therefore each appointment is tailored to your individual needs. 

The Outpatient Nutrition Clinic is located in the Dover Professional Building, 15 Old Rollinsford Rd, Dover. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card with you to your appointment.
