How Are Results Communicated To My Primary Care or Specialist Provider?

Automated results from laboratory and imaging tests performed by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital's Laboratory and Imaging Departments are available to your physician and kept as part of your medical record. This helps improve quality of care by having your test results accessible to your physician at the hospital or in their office.   

How Will I Be Billed For Tests Done At A Patient Testing Center?

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital rates for outreach laboratory services are competitive with other independent local laboratories. Depending on your insurance plan benefits, out of pocket expenses may be higher or lower based on the laboratory performing the test. A deductible, coinsurance or co-pay may apply. If you receive laboratory services at one of our affiliated practices or Patient Testing Centers, you will be billed separately by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for these services.
